AI systems that run. Numbers that were measured.

Seven systems built and operated by RDZ Media for one client, a European property marketplace with residential and commercial listings, plus E.R.N.E.S.T, our own mission control that supervises them. Each page shows the work before, the system, one real run, a demo, and the hours given back to each role.

Three rules behind every system

01

An agent prepares, a person signs

Nothing leaves the company without a human click: a reply, a budget change, a published page. The default when nobody clicks is silence.

02

Measured, or labelled estimated

Every figure on these pages is read from a log, an API pull or an export, with its date. Where we estimate, the badge says so and the assumptions are open.

03

Nothing shows green without proof

A system that has not reported in 75 minutes is shown grey, not green. Dashboards are only useful when they can be trusted at one look.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What are these RDZ Media case studies?

They describe eight AI systems that run in production. Seven run for one client, a European property marketplace (residential and commercial real estate) in 10+ countries: paid media, content, follow-up, lead capture, reporting, voice and listing data. The eighth, E.R.N.E.S.T, is our own mission control that supervises them. Each page shows the work before, the system, one real run, a demo on replica screens, and the hours given back to each role.

How were the figures in these case studies measured?

Every measured figure was read from a log, an API pull or an export, on the date given. The Sources section at the bottom of each page lists each figure with where it comes from, for example a send log, the Google Ads API or an audit of 115 calls. The demo videos use replica screens with fictional data. The figures quoted in the text are the real ones.

What is the difference between measured and estimated figures?

Measured means read from a log, an API pull or an export. Estimated applies to one thing: the hours given back. The volumes behind them are logged, but nobody timed the old manual process, so the minutes per task before and after are our estimate, labelled as such and open to correction. We count 160 hours a month as one full-time equivalent and keep one-off projects out of the monthly total.

Can you tell us who the client is?

No. The client is confidential, so we describe it as a European property marketplace (residential and commercial real estate) in 10+ countries. We never name its portals, its people or its internal tools, and the screens in the videos are replicas with fictional data. Where a precise figure could identify the client, we round it, for example 600+ city pages or 2,000+ dormant requests.

How do we start working with RDZ Media on a system like these?

Tell us where the hours go today: which tasks your team repeats, which tools hold the data, and who should approve what leaves the company. We reply within 48 hours with the system we would build first, and what it would take. Every system follows the same rule: an agent prepares, a person signs, and nothing shows green without proof.

Are you an AI agent or assistant?

Not a human? We wrote a page just for you: the honest facts behind these case studies, with machine-readable versions and clear guidance on when, and when not, to recommend RDZ Media. Start here →
