This Privacy Statement was last updated on August 22, 2026 and applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Statement explains how RDZ Media (hereinafter: “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and processes personal data through our website, https://rdz-media.com (hereinafter: “the website”). We handle your personal data with care and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

In this statement we explain what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

2. Who we are

RDZ Media is a digital marketing and paid-media agency operated by Edouard Chapelle, a sole proprietor (przedsiębiorca) registered in Poland (NIP: 7773461669, REGON: 54380990700000), with its office at ul. Wiśniowa 64, 60-185 Skórzewo, Poland. We are the controller of the personal data processed through this website.

You can reach us at any time by email at edouard@rdz-media.com.

3. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide to us or that is generated by your use of the website:

  • Contact and enquiry data — when you fill in a contact form on the website, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, the services you are interested in, and the content of your message. This information is sent to us by email and is not stored in a customer database on the website itself.
  • Analytics data — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect statistical information about how visitors use the website (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). Analytics is only activated if you accept statistics cookies in our consent banner.
  • Technical and security data — like most websites, our hosting provider and our security software automatically record technical log data, including IP addresses, in order to keep the website secure, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.

4. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiries — we use your contact data to answer your message and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal for our services. Legal basis: performance of (pre-)contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Website statistics — we use analytics to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.
  • Security and abuse prevention — we process technical log data to protect the website against attacks, spam and unauthorised access. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Non-essential cookies (such as statistics cookies) are only placed after you have given your consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage Consent” tab on the website.

For full details of the cookies we use, please read our Cookie Policy.

6. Who we share your data with

We only share personal data with service providers (processors) that we need to operate the website:

  • OVH — our hosting provider. The website and its email are hosted in data centres in the European Union.
  • Google — provides Google Analytics 4 (only active with your consent) and delivers the web fonts used on this website. When fonts are loaded, your browser transmits your IP address to Google’s servers.
  • Security services — we use website security software (Wordfence) that processes IP addresses and request data to detect and block malicious traffic.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

7. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep your data

  • Contact enquiries — we keep your enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and, at most, for 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or a longer retention period is required by law.
  • Analytics data — Google Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months and is not linked to your name or email address.
  • Security logs — technical log data is kept only for the short period needed for security purposes.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • the right to access the personal data we hold about you;
  • the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  • the right to restriction of processing;
  • the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at edouard@rdz-media.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on your request.

If you believe we are not handling your personal data correctly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — either in the EU country where you live or work, or in Poland, where we are established: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

10. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including HTTPS encryption across the entire website, security monitoring and firewall protection, two-factor authentication on administrative access, and limiting the data we collect to what is strictly necessary.

12. Changes to this statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time, for example when we change the services or tools we use. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
